چکیده
DC voltages via spin rectification effect (SRE), VDC, under microwave irradiation are investigated for three platinum (Pt)/ferromagnetic metal (FM) bilayer structures: Pt/Ni80Fe20, Pt/Co, and Pt/Fe. At the frequency region lower than resonant frequency, large VDC is obtained at zero magnetic field all devices. In dependence just around sharp rise drop of magnitude in observed. These behaviors well explained by numerically calculated susceptibility. It also found that strongly dependent on slope magnetoresistance spectrum. findings lead to developments sensitive detection technique nano-scale magnetization switching.

Spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance induced by the spin Hall effect.
We demonstrate that the spin Hall effect in a thin film with strong spin-orbit scattering can excite magnetic precession in an adjacent ferromagnetic film. The flow of alternating current through a Pt/NiFe bilayer generates an oscillating transverse spin current in the Pt, and the resultant transfer of spin angular momentum to the NiFe induces ferromagnetic resonance dynamics. The Oersted field...
متن کاملCurrent driven spin–orbit torque oscillator: ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic coupling
We consider theoretically the impact of Rashba spin-orbit coupling on spin torque oscillators (STOs) in synthetic ferromagnets and antiferromagnets that have either a bulk multilayer or a thin film structure. The synthetic magnets consist of a fixed polarizing layer and two free magnetic layers that interact through the Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida interaction. We determine analytically which ...
متن کاملEvolution of the low-frequency spin dynamics in ferromagnetic manganites
Elastic and inelastic neutron scattering was used to study two ferromagnetic manganites A1−xBxMnO3 (x ≈ 0.3) with Tc=197.9 K and 300.9 K. The spin dynamical behavior of these is similar at low temperatures, but drastically different at temperatures around Tc. While the formation of spin clusters of size (∼ 20 Å) dominates the spin dynamics of the 197.9 K sample close to Tc, the paramagnetic to ...
متن کامل: metadiscourse in introduction sections of applied linguistics and physics research articles: exploring variation in frequency and type
abstract in written mode of language, metadiscourse markers are used commonly to help writers in general and academic writers in particular to produce coherent and professional texts. the purpose of the present study was to compare introduction sections of applied linguistics and physics articles regarding their use of interactive and interactional metadiscourse markers based on the model pro...
15 صفحه اولTransverse susceptibility as the low-frequency limit of ferromagnetic resonance
A new theory of transverse susceptibility (TS) based on magnetization vector dynamics, as described by the Landau–Lifshitz equation of motion, is given. It is shown that the traditional TS experiment is, in fact, the zerofrequency limit of the ferromagnetic resonance (FMR). The importance of these results resides in the generality of the approach which allows one to find the TS for virtually an...
